Precision Accounting is led by Carolyn Janeczko, CPA, a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience guiding individuals, families, farms, and small businesses through every aspect of tax and accounting. Since founding the firm in 1996, Carolyn and her team have built long-term relationships rooted in trust, accuracy, and personal service. While we're proud of our Ladysmith roots, today our reach extends across the United States - helping clients from all walks of life simplify their finances and gain confidence in their financial decisions.

What started in 1996 on 2nd Street in Ladysmith has grown into a full-service accounting firm with a home office on Fritz Avenue and a client base that now spans the entire country. Carolyn founded Precision Accounting to deliver reliable, CPA-level expertise with a personal touch; Something she knew many individuals and businesses were missing from larger, impersonal firms. Over the years, our services and staff have expanded, but our commitment remains the same: approachable, trustworthy guidance that meets clients where they are, whether they live down the street or across the U.S.

Carolyn K. Janeczko, CPA

A Rusk County native, Carolyn earned dual majors in Accounting and Business Administration before starting Precision Accounting. She worked in corporate accounting and management before returning to Ladysmith to serve her local community.

Carolyn's approachable style, combined with her CPA credentials, has made her a go-to resource for businesses and families seeking reliable accounting support.

Sue Molstad, Office Manager

For 18 years, Sue Molstad has been a valued member of Precision Accounting, serving as

Office Manager with a detail-oriented approach that keeps the office running smoothly and

clients feeling welcomed. She takes pride in being the first point of contact, greeting everyone

who walks through our doors with warmth and professionalism while ensuring day-to-day

operations are organized and efficient.

Outside the office, Sue enjoys immersing herself in classic films from the 1930s and 1940s and

reading books on World War II and history. A devoted fan of John Wayne and a lifelong lover of

horses, she also treasures time spent fishing alongside her husband. Above all, Sue’s greatest

joy is time shared with her grandson and family.

Marlon Parker

Marlon Parker is an experienced accountant, payroll specialist, bookkeeper, and tax preparer

with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasizing accounting studies. With 25

years of experience across diverse financial and management roles, Marlon combines technical

expertise with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting both clients and his

community.

A devoted family man and Christian, he enjoys giving back to those in need

and brings a friendly, approachable demeanor to every interaction. Passionate about basketball

and lifelong learning, Marlon is also looking forward to pursuing his CPA designation to further

expand his professional expertise.

Judith Novak

Judith Novak is a skilled tax preparer with a proven track record of accuracy, client care, and

teamwork. A U.S. Air Force veteran who retired as a First Sergeant after 20 years of service,

Judith brings the same dedication, leadership, and attention to detail to her work in accounting.

She holds an associate degree in accounting and gained valuable experience in several CPA

offices before joining Precision Accounting.

In addition to her technical expertise, Judith is a

strong team leader and collaborator, always ready to support colleagues, clients, and neighbors

— including caring for elderly residents in her community. Outside of work, she volunteers with

AMVETS, enjoys attending Milwaukee Brewers games, road-tripping to discover charming new

towns, and tending to her garden with the same care she brings to every part of her life.
